Today, Dyson launched the V16 Piston AnimalTM cordless vacuum, Dyson’s most powerful anti-tangle cordless vacuum, designed to deliver uncompromising power, intelligent performance and effortless maintenance. The new All Floor ConesTM Sense cleaner head features two brush bar cones that ejects even the longest hair, up to 25 inches in length, from the brush bar directly into the bin1 as you clean, meaning no more cutting or pulling out hair of tangled brush bars.
It also features the new CleanCompaktorTM bin that compresses dust and debris to hold up to 30 days of dust, with a new hygienic bin emptying mechanism that wipes the bin as you empty, so no dust or hair is left in the bin5.

Dyson has spent almost two decades studying real household dust to better understand what is found in our homes and how people clean.
Dyson’s “How India Cleans” Study 202611 found that even with regular cleaning, key areas of our home are frequently missed. 51.6% of Indians say spaces under beds and furniture are often left uncleaned, while 47.5% says they struggle to effectively clean corners, edges and skirting boards, highlighting the challenge of reaching and cleaning areas that are harder to access.

New All Floor ConesTM Sense cleaner head
The new All Floor ConesTM Sense cleaner head features two conical brush bars that capture even the longest hair2 as it is picked up, preventing hair from wrapping and tangling around the brush bar. The conical shape encourages hair migration from the thicker ends in the middle to the thinner, outer ends, before being sucked up directly into the bin.
It intelligently adapts to different floor types3 and automatically adjusts brush bar rotation speeds, slowing down to delicately clean hard floors with improved acoustics, and speeding up for maximum agitation when cleaning carpets for optimal cleaning performance.
The cleaner head combines the high performance of the Dyson Digital Motorbar on carpets and Dyson Fluffy cleaner heads on hard floors into one solution, without needing to switch cleaner heads as you clean.
New Dyson HyperdymiumTM 900W motor
The Dyson V16 Piston Animal TM is Dyson’s most powerful anti-tangle cordless vacuum2,6. It is powered by the new Dyson HyperdymiumTM 900W motor that is 50% more powerful than its predecessor7, generating 315AW of powerful suction4 and features patented Dynamic Cyclone technology, which activates five additional cyclones in Boost mode to further increase suction when needed.
New Dyson CleanCompaktorTM bin
The Dyson’s new CleanCompaktorTM bin features new dust compression technology designed to increase bin capacity. It holds three times more dust and debris8, while the interior is re-designed all internal surfaces are wiped clean as you empty the bin ensuring no dust or hair is left behind5.
Connected intelligence
