These intelligent agents can handle tasks in service, sales, marketing, and commerce, driving unparalleled efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Agentforce empowers businesses to scale their workforces on demand by simply adding more AI agents. These digital workers can analyze data, make informed decisions, and take action on tasks such as answering customer inquiries, qualifying sales leads, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Any organization can easily create, customize, and deploy their own agents for any specific use case across different industries.

The Future of AI: Agents

Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, states, “Agentforce marks the Third Wave of AI, moving beyond copilots to a new era of highly precise, low-hallucination intelligent agents that actively contribute to customer success. Unlike other platforms, Agentforce seamlessly integrates AI across every workflow, deeply embedding itself into the customer journey.”

Agentforce: A Revolutionary Platform

Unlike traditional copilots and chatbots that depend on human prompts and struggle with complex tasks, Agentforce operates autonomously. It retrieves relevant data as needed, constructs action plans for any task, and executes these plans without human intervention. Agentforce adapts to changing circumstances by using real-time data, similar to a self-driving car. It operates independently within an organization’s customized boundaries, ensuring every customer interaction is informed, meaningful, and valuable.

Human-Agent Collaboration

When necessary, Agentforce seamlessly transitions to human employees, providing a summary of the interaction, customer details, and recommendations for further action.

Industry Leaders Embrace Agentforce

Leading organizations like OpenTable, Saks, and Wiley are already benefiting from Agentforce. For instance, Agentforce helps companies like Wiley offer customers dynamic, conversational self-service. By utilizing Wiley’s knowledge base integrated into Salesforce, Agentforce can automatically resolve account access issues. It also effectively handles registration and payment problems, directing customers to the appropriate resources.

Enhanced Efficiency and Focus

With Agentforce handling routine inquiries, Wiley has witnessed a significant increase of over 40% in case resolution. This surpasses the performance of their previous chatbot, allowing human agents to concentrate on more complex and strategic cases.

The Importance of Agentforce

An estimated 41% of employee time is spent on repetitive, low-impact tasks, according to the Salesforce Trends in AI Report. Agentforce offers a solution by relieving overstretched teams, allowing them to scale capacity on demand and focus on higher-touch, higher-value, and more strategic outcomes.

The Future of Work

The future of work involves a hybrid workforce composed of humans and agents, enabling companies to remain competitive in a constantly evolving world.

Shabana Azmi Speaks on AI’s Artistic Impact, Calls for Artist Training https://thetimesofhindustan.com/shabana-azmi-speaks-on-ais-artistic-impact-calls-for-artist-training/ https://thetimesofhindustan.com/shabana-azmi-speaks-on-ais-artistic-impact-calls-for-artist-training/#respond Tue, 13 Aug 2024 08:06:47 +0000 https://thetimesofhindustan.com/?p=4897

New Delhi: Shabana Azmi, a prominent figure in Indian cinema and social activism, delivered a thought-provoking address at the convocation of Techno India University in New Delhi. In her speech, she underscored the profound impact that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is having on the art world and the necessity for artists to adapt to this evolving landscape.

Shabana Azmi, who has long championed the use of art as a catalyst for social change, emphasized that AI is not just a technological advancement but a transformative force reshaping artistic expression. “I grew up in an environment which taught us that art be used as an instrument of social change,” she remarked, reflecting on her early influences that have driven her career and advocacy. This philosophy has been central to her work, whether on screen or in her social endeavors, where she has consistently used art to challenge societal norms and inspire progressive thought.

However, Shabana Azmi also acknowledged that the integration of AI into the arts introduces both exciting possibilities and significant challenges. AI’s capabilities to create, replicate, and innovate within the artistic domain mean that traditional forms of art are now intersecting with technology in unprecedented ways. This shift, she suggested, requires artists to undergo continuous learning and diversify their skills to remain relevant in this new era.

Shabana Azmi urged the next generation of artists to embrace AI as a tool while staying true to the fundamental values of their craft. She highlighted the importance of an interdisciplinary approach, blending traditional artistic methods with modern technological advancements. Her call to action resonated deeply with the audience, emphasizing that as AI continues to influence various sectors, including art, adaptability and preparedness will be key for artists navigating this rapidly changing world.

About Claude AI

Anthropic’s Claude, created by former OpenAI employees led by CEO Dario Amodei, diverges from ChatGPT in its direct approach to answering questions, prioritizing factual responses over human-like interaction. Additionally, Claude can analyze images and files, a feature ChatGPT lacks.

Paradoxically, young professionals are now leveraging AI tools to navigate job searches and foster career development. According to a recent report from LinkedIn, the employment-oriented social media platform, professionals are benefiting from AI in discovering desired positions and advancing their careers.

The report reveals that 70% of Gen Z and 82% of Millennials believe that AI tools can assist in their career growth. Over 70% of younger employees acknowledge the positive impact of AI tools on their job-hunting process and express how these tools can aid in selecting suitable job opportunities. Furthermore, these tools simulate interviews and provide valuable tips, thus boosting job applicants’ confidence.

Based on data collected from 1,097 professionals engaged in full-time or part-time employment, the report highlights a significant trend: nearly 88% of professionals in India are contemplating a job switch in 2024, marking a 4% year-on-year increase from the previous year. Additionally, job search intensity exhibited a notable nine percent surge in 2023 compared to 2022.

However, amidst the optimistic outlook, professionals find it challenging to adapt to the rapid skill requirements demanded in certain roles. Notably, 45% of professionals express difficulty in aligning their skills with desired job profiles, intensifying the complexities associated with the job search process. Moreover, 59% of respondents reported rarely receiving responses from recruiters.

Overall, while AI raises concerns about job displacement, it is paradoxically enabling young professionals to leverage AI tools for job searching and career advancement. The report underscores the increasing openness among professionals in India to explore new employment opportunities, even as they grapple with the evolving skill demands of the job market.

“As Indian professionals take charge of their careers in 2024, it’s going to get increasingly competitive with more professionals entering the job market. To be successful in their job hunt, it’s essential for professionals to stand out by dedicating time to spruce up their profiles, highlighting their skills, and staying informed about industry developments. This will help increase their chances of finding the job they want and develop skills needed to build a career with staying power,” Nirajita Banerjee, Career Expert and Sr Managing Editor for LinkedIn India said.
