Yadupati Singhania Memorial Squash Open 2025 Concludes Successfully in Prayagraj

Prayagraj, India: The inaugural Yadupati Singhania Memorial Squash Open 2025 concluded successfully on 20 November 2025 at the Amitabh Bachchan Sports Complex, Prayagraj, after four days of competitive and high-energy squash action that brought together outstanding talent from across the country.
Hosted for the very first time, the national circuit tournament registered an impressive 219 entries across 11 categories, with participation from 21 states, marking a significant milestone for the Uttar Pradesh Squash Rackets Association (UPSRA). The championship is dedicated to the memory of Late Shri Yadupati Singhania, whose passion for sports and youth development continues to inspire the next generation of athletes.
Players showcased exceptional performances throughout the event, with Uttar Pradesh’s own emerging talent making a notable mark—reflecting the state’s growing presence in the national squash landscape and the strengthened grassroots efforts led by UPSRA.

On the final day, the prestigious Yadapati Singhania Khel Ratna Award (given by UPSRA towards promoting and uplifting the game of Squash in Uttar Pradesh) was presented to:

The award was initiated and promoted by Dr. N. K. Pandey, Founder Secretary, UPSRA, in loving memory of the most beloved President Late Shri Yadupati Singhania, honouring his affection, guidance, and lifelong support for the sport.
