AWS Selects 40 Promising AI Startups From Around The World For The 2025 Generative AI Accelerator
10 startups selected from Asia-Pacific and Japan region, including three generative AI startups from India- Hyperbots, Smallest AI, and Stimuler
Selected startups will receive up to $1 million in AWS credits, business and technical mentorship, and access to AWS’s full AI tech stack to help them build and scale transformative generative AI technologies.
October 7, 2025 – Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), an Amazon.com, Inc. company (NASDAQ:
AMZN), today announced the 40 global startups selected to participate in the third cohort of
the AWS Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA), an eight-week program designed to scale early stage
companies building foundational generative AI technologies.
Each company will receive up to $1 million USD in AWS credits, be matched with both business
and technical mentors, and gain access to AWS’s generative AI tech stack to accelerate their
growth. The program also focuses on developing important business and technical acumen,
including driving ML performance, stack optimization, and go-to-market strategies.

The 2025 cohort reflects AWS’s commitment to global inclusion, with selected companies
drawn from North America, Asia Pacific and Japan, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin
America. The program will include industry-specific mentoring and support for foundation
model companies, infrastructure providers, and AI tooling innovators.

Hyperbots | Industry: Financial Services | Location: India

primarily via speaking instead of studying it.

This year’s program will launch on October 13, 2025 at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle, and will
conclude in December at AWS re:Invent 2025 in Las Vegas, where all 40 participating startups
