New Delhi: Citroen, marking its three-year presence in the Indian market, is celebrating with attractive discounts, referral rewards, and a special edition launch.

  • The C3 Aircross sees a substantial discount of Rs 1 lakh.
  • A referral scheme entices existing customers with a Rs 10,000 voucher for successful referrals.
  • Free car wash offered to all existing Citroen customers.

Citroen has announced discounts on its C3 and C3 Aircross models for April. The price of the C3 hatchback now starts at Rs 5.99 lakh, while the price of the C3 Aircross starts at Rs 8.99 lakh. However, the full price list and whether the discounts apply to MY2023 or MY2024 models have not been revealed. Earlier, the price of C3 was between Rs 6.16 lakh to Rs 9.08 lakh, while the price of C3 Aircross was between Rs 10 lakh to Rs 14.27 lakh.

It is worth noting that recently a good discount has been offered on MY2023 models. In February 2024, the MY2023 C3 Aircross model got a discount of up to Rs 1.9 lakh, while the MY2023 C3 model got a discount of up to Rs 1.5 lakh.

As part of the celebrations, Citroen has introduced a new Blue Edition for the eC3 and C3. The edition features a special Cosmo Blue paint shade, available in a monotone or dual-tone finish with unique exterior graphics. Inside, the Blue Edition offers an air purifier, illuminated cupholders, sill plates and variant-specific upholstery details. Details regarding the trim level and price compared to the regular models have not been revealed.

In addition to price reductions and the new edition, Citroen has launched a customer referral program, offering existing customers a Rs 10,000 voucher for successful referrals. Additionally, the brand is offering a complimentary car spa to all customers for April.

Citroen recently unveiled the exterior design of the Basal high-riding SUV and announced plans to equip the C3 hatchback with an automatic gearbox by June. The company also aims to make six airbags standard across all models from the second half of 2024. However, the electric eC3 recently received a 0-star Global NCAP safety rating due to the lack of several key safety features.

As Citroen continues to expand its presence in India, these initiatives aim to attract more customers and enhance the overall ownership experience.
