New Delhi: A groundbreaking study conducted by Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury has revealed a fascinating fact: despite engaging in sedentary work, tailors are recognized as the healthiest group among us. This intriguing discovery was unveiled during a book launch event held on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Dr. Biswaroop’s book, titled “Let Your Second Heart Help,” presents the study’s findings and was released at a press conference in New Delhi’s Siri Fort Auditorium.

Notably confident in his discovery, Dr. Biswaroop, also known as Dr. BRC, posed a challenge to find a tailor with diabetes. He offered a prize of Rs 1 lakh to anyone who could provide evidence of such a case. This revelation stems from Dr. Biswaroop’s comprehensive understanding of the movements involved in operating a sewing machine, particularly the activation of the calf muscles, often referred to as the “second heart.” The continuous pumping of these muscles is facilitated by the leg pedal of the sewing machine. Drawing on cutting-edge scientific evidence and Ayurvedic knowledge, Dr. Biswaroop developed Vaso-Stimulation Therapy (VST), a therapy that capitalizes on this understanding. Implementing VST requires two buckets capable of maintaining temperatures of 12 degrees Celsius and 42 degrees Celsius. The study was recently unveiled during a grand event in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by prominent leaders and officials from the Vietnamese government.

Addressing the media, Dr. BRC said, “The aim of these methods is to achieve rapid and effective results in the management of health emergencies, such as immediate control of fever or providing relief to a person suffering from diabetic neuropathy. These methods also help avoid ineffective or harmful methods used by modern healthcare systems, as described in my book, The Case Against IMA. The aim of this new initiative is to utilize the capacity of a second heart to provide people with H.E.L.P. (Handling Emergencies, Lifestyle Diseases, and Pain).

Dr. Biswaroop stated that individuals can contribute to this initiative by reading his book or becoming practitioners themselves. This endeavor requires participation in a two-month online training program, including seven days of practical training at Dayanand Ayurvedic College in Jalandhar. VST is already an integral part of the treatment protocol implemented at the notable Hims Group of Hospitals.

Furthermore, Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury is recognized as the originator of the DIP diet, a mathematical model of nutrition that has undergone successful clinical trials for diabetes treatment in India (Ministry of AYUSH), Nepal (Ministryof National Health) and Malaysia (Lincoln University). , has proven effective in high blood pressure, obesity, bone diseases and chronic kidney diseases (CKD). Additionally, Dr. BRC is also the inventor of the gravity-based Grad System, which helps kidney patients get off dialysis. Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury is a graduate in Engineering and post-graduation in Diabetes and has received Honorary PhD in Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease. Apart from being the author of 30 books, he also successfully oversees the Hims Hospital Group which engages in healthcare in India, Vietnam and Malaysia.
