Exciting News: Kia Sonet Facelift Unveiled with Launch Details Revealed.

New Delhi: India’s automotive landscape is gearing up for the highly anticipated launch of the facelifted Kia Sonet, expected to be unveiled in December 2023 with a subsequent market release in early 2024. This revamped version is not merely a cosmetic enhancement but a comprehensive update introducing a range of new features and technical improvements.

The 2024 Kia Sonet facelift will retain its diverse engine options, offering a trio of powertrains. These include an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, a more potent 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, and a robust 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine. The existing transmission pairings are expected to continue, encompassing a 5-speed manual for the petrol variant, a 6-speed iMT, and 6-speed DCT for the turbo-petrol, and a 6-speed iMT and 6-speed AT for the diesel model.

Externally, the Sonet facelift is poised to showcase a reimagined front bumper, a new Kia front grille bordered by LED headlights featuring refreshed contouring, and redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, updates will include a new tailgate design and extended LED taillights, contributing to a modern and refreshed aesthetic.

Inside the cabin, the Sonet facelift is expected to introduce a new digital instrument cluster and fresh upholstery color options.
