New Delhi: Skoda Auto is among several Indian companies gearing up to enter the electric car market this year. One noteworthy addition to their lineup is the anticipated launch of the Skoda Enyaq IV electric SUV in India. Recent sightings of the Enyaq during testing have strengthened the rumors of Skoda’s imminent entry into the Indian electric car scene, specifically targeting the premium SUV segment. This puts the Enyaq in competition with other high-end electric vehicles like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6.

The Skoda Enyaq has been developed on the dedicated MEB electric platform of the Volkswagen Group, a significant detail worth mentioning.
