Skoda Octavia Facelift to Debut Globally on February 14

Skoda is set to unveil the facelifted Octavia on February 14, which will feature refreshed design cues as hinted by the latest sketches released by the automaker. The updated model promises more attractive styling, with Skoda confirming the continuation of the Sportline and range-topping vRS variants.

The upcoming Octavia facelift will feature redesigned bumpers and a new front grille, which will contribute to improving the overall looks. Additionally, new headlights will complete the refreshed front end.

While Skoda has yet to announce specific powertrain options, the facelifted model is expected to retain a range of engines, including a 1.5-litre turbo petrol, a 2.0-litre turbo diesel and a mild-hybrid similar to the pre-facelift lineup. Although there has been talk about the possible return of the Superb to India, no update has been given so far. However, Skoda’s Enyaq iV electric SUV is confirmed to be launched in the country during the second half of this year.
