Upcoming Samsung Galaxy A16 and A06: Budget Phones Launching Later This Year

New Delhi: Samsung is reportedly working on two new budget smartphones, the Galaxy A16 and Galaxy A06, which are expected successors to the existing Galaxy A15 and A05 models. While Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed these phones yet, a recent leak sheds light on their possible launch timeframe and pricing.

Launch Timeline

The report suggests a December 2024 unveiling for both the A16 and A06. However, their global launch might be delayed until early 2025. This could be followed by the release of other A-series phones like the Galaxy A36 and A56 in spring 2025 (March-April).

Expected Price

The leaked information suggests that the A16 and A06 options will be budget-friendly, priced at or below EUR 200 (roughly Rs. 18,200). This positions them as affordable choices for those looking for entry-level or mid-range smartphones.

There are no confirmed specs for the A16 and A06 yet. However, based on their predecessors, we can expect some features:

• Galaxy A16: This might follow the A15’s trend and come in both 4G and 5G variants.
