This surge can be attributed to Myntra’s innovative introduction of FWD, an app-in-app feature designed specifically for the Gen Z audience, which has significantly contributed to this achievement. Sunder Balasubramanian, Chief Marketing Officer at Myntra, expressed pride in the platform’s multifaceted growth. He highlighted the addition of the highest number of new users and customers this year, coupled with the doubling of the loyal customer base.
